So here it is- I'll add more things as I think of them.
I get coupons everywhere. Online, in the new papers, other saving blogs and ad's from the stores.
Every Sunday I go towards Austin and get it least 4 papers- yesterday I got 12- I promise I shared them with a friend. There were 6 inserts in that paper so it was worth it. I bought one local paper and one Dallas paper. Just look at the inserts, If you can't go far for papers...don't worry. Try and get the local papers. And you don't need lots.
Cutting them out looks like this chaos:
I print coupons off-line several times per day. My printer works hard. It's wi-fi that I personally prefer, less cords. If you don't have a printer, get one. You can find them cheap. It works perfectly and I haven't had a single issue with it. Keep in mind before you buy a printer though, you'll have to buy replacement ink. That's expensive, so price the ink for the printers before you buy. I have a wireless one by Canon that I got here: http://www.amazon.com/Canon-MX882-Wireless-Printer-4894B002/dp/B004HO58UW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1317657840&sr=8-1

Please before you go crazy in joining sites if you are not already on Swag Bucks! Join! Use my referral link here: http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/danielleclifford
You can print coupons from there- the same ones you'd find on the actual site. Except on swag bucks, you print the coupons, use them at the store and you'll get swag bucks. Swag bucks are essentially virtual currency. You get bucks and cash them in for prizes. I've cashed in 9 times already for $5 Amazon gift cards each- can you say Christmas presents for free?! :) You use swag bucks search engine, you get points (randomly), you enter codes when they pop up- free swag bucks...there's lots of ways to earn and it's 100% FREE, NO STRINGS ATTACHED.
Other sites I use for printing coupons are: Redplum, Smart Source, Catalina, Aafes, Walmart, Target, Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Etc. There are tons, you just have to look.
I started small with little coupon organizers you can find at Office Max, Staples, etc. Before I knew it- I have 4 of those and that made organizing a hassle. So I bought some coupon organizers off ebay here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/190494461642?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_2371wt_1180, then I went and bought a binder from the store. You can get them anywhere. Walmart, Target, PX, Meijer, Etc.
Finally it looks like this, I re-do it through out the week as I get new coupons. As I shop or I need more space in a certain section. Some people organize by store aisles. I am not that fancy-yet. But that's because I haven't gotten a hang of the commissary organization...or lack there of just yet. I have a separate section in the back for other stores like Target or Walmart. But I think I will be getting an addition binder for the stores like that because I'm honestly running out of room in this purple binder you see here.
